I am taking the most ginourmous sigh right now.
I think I just finished the biggest, MOST RUSHED project ever in my career. The last 3 days, I've been eating, sleeping and breathing a DVD packaging project here @ JC. Literally, photo's were taken last week, text edited on Monday, and my deadline to get the project to production was today @ 3 pm -- so crazy. It was most crazy too because the whole scope of the project (which was the packaging itself, the labels for the CD and DVD and then an 8 page insert/brochure. All full color) was ALL times 2 because there were two versions, Beginner/Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced ... it was so nuts, but now hopefully the worst is behind me. I'm blogging now because I feel like I have a dead spot in my brain and I can't seem to even focus on anything else.
I'll be posting some pics as soon as I get home and get on my camera, but the last two weeks have been busy but wonderful. We went to an amazing beach wedding two weekends ago and are headed to another next weekend ... also, (dun, dun, dah!!!) we bought a BBQ !!! So, we've now entered the amazing world of outdoor cookery, and yes, Jay is at the helm! Tonight we'll be having our second run at hamburgers -- the first were good, but as you can see from the photos, VERY large (Jay was in charge of making them) and also, took a bit long to cook. Tonight we're going for smaller, healthier fare =)
Other than that, I feel like things have been a blur since the last time I posted anything. I wonder if as you get older, life just seems to get faster and faster ... it seems that it does already, and I can't say I like it.
